At RavEars, we want you to experience every beat with total clarity. If your gear isn’t hitting the right note, we’re here to help.

30-Day Peace of Mind

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your RavEars must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and in the original premium packaging.

Hygiene & Safety

Because RavEars are personal personal-use items, we cannot accept returns for earplugs that have been inserted into the ear. If the factory seal on the silicone tips is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong "Edition" (e.g., you ordered Silver and got Rose Gold), contact us immediately at info@ravears.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ravears.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
