This website is operated by RavEars. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RavEars. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 2 - MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RavEars are high-fidelity acoustic filters designed to reduce noise exposure; they are not a medical device. * No Guarantee of Protection: While RavEars are designed to attenuate sound, we do not guarantee that the use of our products will prevent hearing loss, tinnitus, or other auditory injuries. Hearing protection is dependent on proper fit and the duration/intensity of noise exposure.

  • User Responsibility: It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure the earplugs are fitted correctly according to our instructions. RavEars shall not be held liable for any hearing damage, ear infections, or physical injury resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

  • Prohibited Environments: RavEars are not intended for use in environments requiring total silence for safety (e.g., operating heavy machinery where warning signals must be heard at full volume).

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS & ACCURACY OF DISPLAY

Certain products, such as our Limited Edition Silver and Rose Gold series, may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our products. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including the RavEars Wolf Logo), images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of RavEars and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

  • No License: Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to reproduce or use any RavEars or third-party trademarks.

  • Prohibition: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as Shopify apps or payment gateways) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

SECTION 7 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
