At RavEars, we know you want your gear in time for the next set. We ship all orders directly from our Sydney hub to ensure you're festival-ready as fast as possible.

Dispatch Times

• Fast Fulfillment: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

• Weekend Orders: Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post and premium couriers to get RavEars to your door.

Sydney Local: If you’re in the Sydney Metro area, Standard shipping often arrives within 1-2 business days.

We ship worldwide so you can protect your hearing no matter the destination.

• New Zealand: 4–7 Business Days.

• Rest of World: 7–14 Business Days.

• Note: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes upon arrival.

Tracking Your Order

Once your RavEars are on the move, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey from our Sydney warehouse right to your ears.
